Animal Licenses

The City of Raymore no longer requires dog and cat owners to license their pets with the City. 

However, it is absolutely necessary to keep your dog or cat up-to-date on rabies vaccinations. Your pet should wear its rabies tag and an ID tag with your contact information at all times to ensure its health and better chance for safe return to you if ever lost.

There is no cure or treatment for animals that have rabies. Rabies has a 100% fatality rate. Thankfully, prevention is easy with a rabies vaccination.
