The City of Raymore offers many different ways to pay your utility bill for your convenience. You can pay in-person, over the phone, online or through an auto pay system. If you have questions about your bill or about any of the payment methods below, call our utility office at 816-331-5182.

• Sign up for notifications

Residents can sign up to receive automated phone calls notifying them before their utility bill due date. The system will also call residents if their account has become past due and they risk a disruption in service.

To sign up for an account and turn on the notifications click the link above and click on Utility Billing.

Paying your Water/Sewer Bill

1) Online

Pay your bill or view your statement by following the link below. We offer two convenient options for making a utility payment online. 

1. Quick Pay: no log in required. You'll need your account number and the last payment amount to make a one-time payment.

2.Log in or register for an online account with options to view account details, pay your bill, sign up for e-billing, manage multiple accounts and submit service requests.

2) Automatic draft or direct payment

This option allows you to conveniently pay your water/sewer bill each month automatically. You will still receive a bill (either by mail or email) but will need to do nothing as it will be paid each month.

To sign up for direct payments/automatic drafting option, download the form below and return it to our water/sewer utility clerks at City Hall, 100 Municipal Circle.

3) Make a secure payment by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 866-271-1233. 

The following types of payments are accepted over the phone:

• Debit / credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
• Access your updated account instantly.
• Hear real-time balances, payment amounts and due dates.
• Enter your information securely through an automated system.

4) In Person

The following types of payments are accepted either at the utility clerks window or at the dropbox at:
