Recreation Basketball League
Raymore Parks & Recreation offers recreational basketball for boys and girls in 1st through 8th grades. Practices will begin in early November and games will begin in December. Teams will enjoy an 8-game season and will conclude with an end of season tournament. Games will be played at the Raymore Activity Center and local Ray-Pec School District gymnasiums. This league will share games with neighboring cities as needed. Don't travel and miss your opportunity to register your child in the premier recreational basketball league in Cass County! If you are interested in coaching, please fill out a coaching application form.
When: Games begin 12/07
Divisions: 1st/2nd grade boys and 1st/2nd grade girls
3rd/4th grade boys and 3rd/4th grade girls
5th/6th grade boys and 5th/6th grade girls
7th/8th grade boys and 7th/8th grade girls
Registration fee: $105
Register by: 10/18 by 5 p.m. for in person/over the phone or online by 10/20
Register by 9/13 and receive $10 off!
Registrations after 10/20 will receive a $10 late fee applied to the registration fee.
Kindergarten Basketball League
Raymore Parks and Recreation is now offering kindergarten basketball in a league format this winter! Participants will practice one night a week and play a 6 game season. Players will receive instruction during practices and games from volunteer coaches. Games and practices will take place in the Raymore Activity Center. Games will be geared in an instructional and fun atmosphere and will be officiated by the coaches. This league will allow players to prepare for future seasons in the basketball league as they grow older.
When: Games begin 12/07
Fee: $75
Register by: 10/25 by 5 p.m. or in person/over the phone, or online by 10/27. Registrations after 10/27 will be charged a $10 late fee.

Social Basketball Experience
Raymore Parks & Recreation will be offering the social basketball experience for both boys and girls from the grades of 1st to 4th. This offering is a 6 week, co-ed offering where participants will learn skills and development through drills and instruction for the first 3 weeks of the program. After learning skills and rules, participants will play games for the remaining 3 weeks of the program. Participants will receive jerseys and medals for their participation.
When: Session begins 1/11
Divisions: 1st-4th grade boys & 1st-4th grade girls
Registration fee: $65 per player
Register by: 12/27 in person/over the phone, or online by 12/29
Register by 11/01 and receive $10 off! Registrations after 12/29 will result in a $10 late fee.
