Concessions Team Member

Type: Part-Time/Seasonal (Weekend and Evening Availability Required)

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun environment? Join our team at the City of Raymore as a Concessions Team Member! You'll play a key role in enhancing the experience for park visitors by delivering outstanding food service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Prep & Stand Setup: Get ready for the day by preparing food and stocking displays to ensure seamless service.
Health & Safety: Maintain high cleanliness standards, ensuring all food prep areas meet or exceed health regulations.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service, taking orders and serving food with a smile, ensuring a great experience for every park visitor.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently use concession equipment, appliances, and utensils. Report any issues to the Concession Manager.
Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process payments, and make accurate change.
Facility Support: Assist in opening/closing restrooms seasonally and ensure cleanliness throughout the concession area.
Communication: Relay customer feedback and concerns to management and help ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
A commitment to health and safety regulations.
Weekend and evening availability is required.
Food Handler's License (or ability to obtain).
