Much of the parking is metered and available for up to 4 hours at a time.  Enter the capitol at the South Carriage Tunnel Entrance (opens to public at 7 a.m.). The carriage entrance is on the front of the capitol building under the tunnel - not at the very top of the steps. Once you're inside the main entrance you'll be on the first floor, take a left at the first hallway you see and you'll find elevators toward the end of that hall on the west side of the building. Take the elevators down to the B (basement) level. Hearing Room 7 is to the immediate right as soon as you exit the elevator.

CALL TO ACTION!  We NEED all who oppose the landfill development to show up at Hearing Room 7 at the Missouri State Capitol at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14 for the Committee Hearing of House Bill 909.
